Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA), 21-1 in a non-league match.

With the win, Blue Ridge upgrades its record to 11-7 on the season. The Barons host North Cross (Roanoke, VA) to play the Raiders in a non-league match on Wednesday, May 8. The Raiders go into the match with a record of 8-6. North Cross won 14-6 in their recent non-league match against Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA)

With the defeat, The Covenant drops to 5-6 on the season.
