The Manville Mustangs the host South Amboy Governors softball squad by a final score of 7-4 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Mustangs (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Warren County Tech (Washington, NJ). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Warren County Tech was routed by Sussex County Tech (Sparta, NJ), 12-0, in a non-league battle.
The Governors now possess a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Carteret for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 7. South Amboy will confront a Ramblers squad coming off a 18-0 non-league win over North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ). The Ramblers record now stands at 6-11.
