With the triumph, Oak Knoll moves its record to 8-5 on the year. The Royals travel to Westfield (Westfield, NJ) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league game on Saturday, May 11. The Blue Devils come into the game with a record of 10-8.

In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Hillside Comets (Hillside, NJ) in a UCC - Sky game, on Tuesday, May 7. Plainfield will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Comets come into the game with a 0-5 record after their 16-6 league loss to Linden (Linden, NJ).
