In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Brandywine Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 16-6 win over the Newark Yellowjackets.
The Bulldogs (8-7) will now prepare for their game against Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE). The Green Knights go into the non-league game with a 6-7 record. In their last game, Mount Pleasant knocked off Concord (Wilmington, DE), 9-5, in a non-league game.
Next, the Yellowjackets face the Delcastle Technical Cougars (Wilmington, DE) in a Blue Hen - Flight A battle, on Wednesday, May 7. Newark will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record.
