In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY) baseball squad the visiting Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY), by a tally of 7-5.
Next up, the Hornets encounter the Hart County Raiders (Munfordville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 8. Metcalfe County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 13-18 record after their 13-8 non-league loss to North Hardin (Radcliff, KY).
