Virginia High School Baseball - Castlewood sneaks past Twin Springs

The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Castlewood Blue Devils (Castlewood, VA) and the visiting Twin Springs Titans (Nickelsville, VA), saw Castlewood's baseball team get by Twin Springs by a tally of 7-6.
The Blue Devils (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Eastside (Coeburn, VA). The Spartans enter the Cumberland battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Eastside Patrick Henry (Glade Spring, VA), 10-10, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Titans face the Lee Generals (Jonesville, VA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 8. Twin Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Generals enter the battle with a 2-9 record after their 19-9 league loss to John Battle (Bristol, VA).
