In their last game, Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg was overwhelmed by Thompson (Thompson, ND), 7-1, in a league game.

Next, the Thunder face the Larimore Polar Bears (Larimore, ND) in a Class B - Region II game, on Friday, May 9. Hatton/Northwood will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Polar Bears enter the game with a 9-2 record after their 10-0 league loss to Thompson (Thompson, ND).
