In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Hillside Comets baseball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Orange Tornadoes.
The Comets (8-4) will now prepare for their game against Tech (Newark, NJ). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 8-3 record. In their last game, Tech defeated University (Newark, NJ), 15-4, in a league game.
Next, the Tornadoes face the Shabazz Bulldogs (Newark, NJ) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 9. Orange will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 6-6 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Barringer (Newark, NJ).
