Kentucky High School Baseball - Whitley County nips Pulaski County

May 6, 2025: Somerset, KY 42503

In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Whitley County Colonels baseball team scored a close 3-2 win over the Pulaski County Maroons.

The Colonels (24-4) will now prepare for their game against Madison Southern (Berea, KY). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 13-15 record. In their last game, Madison Southern nudged Western Hills (Frankfort, KY), 4-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Maroons play the Danville Admirals (Danville, KY) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 8. Pulaski County will attempt to improve on its 14-6 season record. The Admirals go into the game with a 19-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY).
