The WF West Bearcats the visiting Tumwater Thunderbirds baseball squad by a score of 5-1 in Tuesday's league outing.
Next up, the Bearcats encounter the Aberdeen Bobcats (Aberdeen, WA) in a 2A Evergreen outing, on Thursday, May 8. WF West will attempt to advance on its 20-2 season record. The Bobcats enter the outing with a 10-8 record after their 12-2 league win over Centralia (Centralia, WA).
The Thunderbirds (14-6) will now prepare for their outing against Shelton (Shelton, WA). The Highclimbers enter the 2A Evergreen outing with a 8-11 record. In their last outing, Shelton was overwhelmed by Black Hills (Tumwater, WA), 3-2, in a league outing.
