The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the La Salle College Explorers (Wyndmoor, PA) and the visiting Holy Ghost Prep Firebirds (Bensalem, PA), saw La Salle College's baseball team gain a win over Holy Ghost Prep by a tally of 4-1.

The Explorers (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Archbishop Wood (Warminster, PA). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Archbishop Wood held off Cardinal O'Hara (Springfield, PA), 9-6, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Firebirds face the Steinert Spartans (Hamilton, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 12. Holy Ghost Prep will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Spartans go into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 8-8 non-league Notre Dame (Lawrenceville, NJ).
