The Gardiner Tigers lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the host Hampden Broncos to 5 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mt. Ararat for a Class B challenge on Friday, May 9. Gardiner will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 13-8 league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, Hampden falls to 0-1 on the year. The Broncos travel to Mt. Blue (Farmington, ME) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 16. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 2-3.
