Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT) followers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team nip the visiting Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT), 9-8 in a league game.
With the victory, Morgan advances its record to 5-5 on the season. The Huskies host Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT) to play the Wildcats in a Shoreline game on Thursday, May 8. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 1-2. Old Lyme lost 15-8 in their recent non-league game against Stonington (Stonington, CT)
The Warriors now sport a 2-2 record.
