Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Waynesboro Little Giants (Waynesboro, VA) and the visiting Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA), saw Waynesboro's soccer squad knock off Riverheads by a count of 2-0.

The Little Giants (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Staunton (Staunton, VA). The Storm enter the Shenandoah battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Staunton by Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA), 2-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Gladiators battle the Stonewall Jackson Generals (Quicksburg, VA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 7. Riverheads will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Generals enter the battle with a 2-8 record after their 4-0 league loss to Luray (Luray, VA).
