The Flying Flucos (12-1) will now prepare for their battle against Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Western Albemarle held off Orange County (Orange, VA), 9-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Patriots face the Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 8. Albemarle will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 9-3 record after their 13-4 non-league win over Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA).
