Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Madison County Mountaineers (Madison, VA), 11-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Page County advances its record to 6-11 on the season. The Panthers travel to Strasburg (Strasburg, VA) to battle the Rams in a non-league match on Thursday, May 8. The Rams come into the match with a record of 10-4. Strasburg won 6-0 in their recent non-league match against Rappahannock County (Washington, VA)

The Mountaineers now have a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stonewall Jackson for a non-league match on Friday, May 9. Madison County will battle a Generals squad coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Riverheads (Staunton, VA). The Generals record now stands at 11-5.
