Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting North East Indians (North East, MD), 5-3 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Rising Sun advances its record to 5-0 on the season.
The Indians now have a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Bohemia Manor for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 7. North East will face a Eagles team coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Bel Air (Bel Air, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 4-2.
