Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) supporters left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Chesterton Trojans (Chesterton, IN), 10-0 in a league game.
With the triumph, Lake Central improves its record to 16-2 on the year. The Indians host Portage (Portage, IN) to play the Indians in a game on Wednesday, May 7. The Indians enter the game with a record of 3-4.
The Trojans now hold a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Crown Point for a game on Wednesday, May 7.
