The St. Stephens Indians lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Asheville Cougars to 11 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now own a 10-7 record.

With the loss, Asheville falls to 7-9 on the year. The Cougars host T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC) to clash with the Rams in a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills challenge on Thursday, May 8. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 13-1. T.C. Roberson lost 7-4 in their recent league challenge against Hickory (Hickory, NC)
