Fans at Tuesday's league test between the Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI) and the host Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI), witnessed Middletown's lacrosse squad top Cranston West by a count of 15-1.

The Islanders (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI). The Patriots enter the Division 2 test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Portsmouth thwarted Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI), 15-3, in a league test.

Next, the Falcons battle the Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI) in a Division 2 test, on Friday, May 9. Cranston West will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record. The Sentinels enter the test with a 3-10 record after their 13-7 league loss to Prout (Wakefield, RI).
