Apple Valley Eagles (Apple Valley, MN) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Burnsville Blaze (Burnsville, MN), 14-1 in a league game.

With the triumph, Apple Valley improves its record to 4-11 on the year. The Eagles travel to Richfield (Richfield, MN) to face the Spartans in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 7. The Spartans enter the game with a record of 3-5.

The Blaze now hold a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Shakopee for a South Suburban Conference game on Thursday, May 8.
