The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL) and the visiting Blue Island Eisenhower Cardinals (Blue Island, IL), observed Argo's softball team get by Blue Island Eisenhower by a tally of 7-0.

The Argonauts (17-5) will now prepare for their bout against Lemont (Lemont, IL). The Lemont HS go into the South Suburban bout with a 15-7 record. In their last bout, Lemont tipped Bremen (Midlothian, IL), 15-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Kennedy Crusaders (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, May 7. Blue Island Eisenhower will attempt to advance on its 8-16 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 14-6 record after their 13-6 non-league loss to Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL).
