The Lakewood Rangers softball squad (Lakewood, OH), was routed 12-2 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Buckeye Bucks (Medina, OH)

With the triumph, Buckeye improves its record to 16-3 on the year. The Bucks travel to Normandy (Parma, OH) to face the Invaders in a Cleveland West contest on Thursday, May 8. The Invaders enter the contest with a record of 3-9. Normandy lost 11-0 in their recent league contest against Rocky River (Rocky River, OH)

The Rangers now hold a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Rocky River for a Cleveland West contest on Thursday, May 8. Lakewood will face a Pirates squad coming off a 11-0 league win over Normandy (Parma, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 8-5.
