With the triumph, Colonial Heights improves its record to 10-7 on the year. The Colonials travel to Southampton (Courtland, VA) to face the Indians in a non-league game on Monday, May 12. The Indians enter the game with a record of 10-3.

The Blue Devils now hold a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Meadowbrook for a Central game on Thursday, May 8. Hopewell will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to John Marshall (Richmond, VA). The Monarchs record now stands at 0-14.
