The Escanaba Eskymos softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Kingsford Flivvers to 0 in the Eskymos league win on Tuesday.

The Eskymos now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bark River-Harris for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 10. Escanaba will confront a Broncos team coming off a 23-2 non-league loss to Superior Central (Eben Junction, MI). The Broncos record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Kingsford moves to 5-7 on the season. The Flivvers host Menominee (Menominee, MI) to battle the Maroons in a Great Northern U.P. match on Friday, May 9. The Maroons come into the match with a record of 0-6. Menominee lost 23-13 in their recent non-league match against Calumet (Calumet, MI)
