California High School Softball - Reedley held off by Exeter

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Exeter Monarchs (Exeter, CA) softball squad got by the visiting Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA), by a tally of 1-0.

Next, the Monarchs meet the Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA) in a Tri-County - Sequoia test, on Friday, May 9. Exeter will attempt to advance on its 16-9 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 6-15 record after their 14-2 league win over Central Valley Christian (Visalia, CA).

The Pirates (10-13) will now prepare for their test against Kerman (Kerman, CA). The Lions go into the Tri-County - Kings test with a 12-7 record. In their last test, Kerman held off Selma (Selma, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
