In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Midlothian Trojans softball team scored a nice 9-1 win over the Monacan Chiefs.

The Trojans (15-0) will now prepare for their match against Cosby (Midlothian, VA). The Titans come into the Dominion match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, Cosby notched a victory over James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA), 15-5, in a league match.

In their next game, the Chiefs battle the Richmond High School for the Arts Bulldogs (Richmond, VA) in a Dominion match, on Thursday, May 8. Monacan will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 0-6 record after their 18-2 league loss to Clover Hill (Midlothian, VA).
