California High School Softball - Montgomery bounces Southwest SD

The Montgomery Aztecs softball team scored 24 runs and held the host Southwest SD Raiders to 13 in the Aztecs league win on Tuesday.

The Aztecs now sport a 15-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Castle Park for a Metro Pacific battle on Thursday, May 8. Montgomery will encounter a Trojans team coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to San Ysidro (San Diego, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, Southwest SD moves to 9-9 on the season. The Raiders host Sweetwater (National City, CA) to encounter the Red Devils in a Metro Pacific battle on Thursday, May 8. The Red Devils come into the battle with a record of 16-2. Sweetwater won 3-2 in their recent league battle against Montgomery (San Diego, CA)
