The Oconto Falls Panthers softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Waupaca Comets to 3 in the Panthers league win on Tuesday.

The Panthers now possess a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marinette for a North Eastern battle on Thursday, May 8. Oconto Falls will confront a Marines team coming off a 3-2 league win over Wrightstown (Wrightstown, WI). The Marines record now stands at 4-8.

With the loss, Waupaca moves to 3-10 on the season. The Comets host Freedom (Freedom, WI) to confront the Irish in a North Eastern battle on Thursday, May 8. The Irish come into the battle with a record of 11-4. Freedom won 10-0 in their recent league battle against Clintonville (Clintonville, WI)
