The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Pike Liberal Arts Patriots (Troy, AL) and the host Zion Chapel Rebels (Jack, AL), observed Pike Liberal Arts's softball team get by Zion Chapel by a tally of 6-2.

The Patriots (17-12) will now prepare for their bout against Isabella (Maplesville, AL). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 12-12 record. In their last bout, Isabella tipped Ranburne (Ranburne, AL), 7-3, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Rebels clash with the Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 12. Zion Chapel will attempt to advance on its 17-16 season record. The Generals go into the bout with a 25-8 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Isabella (Maplesville, AL).
