The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Cherokee Chiefs (Marlton, NJ) and the visiting Shawnee Renegades (Medford, NJ), observed Cherokee's softball team prevail over Shawnee by a tally of 10-0.

The Chiefs (13-4) will now prepare for their bout against Moorestown (Moorestown, NJ). The Quakers go into the non-league bout with a 3-16 record. In their last bout, Moorestown knocked off Bishop Eustace Prep (Pennsauken, NJ), 19-5, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Renegades clash with the Seneca Golden Eagles (Tabernacle, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 8. Shawnee will attempt to advance on its 9-8 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the outing with a 14-5 record after their 6-1 league win over Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ).
