The Gray-New Gloucester Patriots baseball team (Gray, ME), was overwhelmed 13-4 in Saturday's league outing with the visiting Wells Warriors (Wells, ME)
The Warriors now hold a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cape Elizabeth for a Class B South outing on Monday, May 9. Wells will confront a Capers team coming off a 10-3 league loss to Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Capers record now stands at 2-4.
Next, the Patriots confront the York Wildcats (York, ME) in a Class B South outing, on Monday, May 9. Gray-New Gloucester will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 5-6 record after their 5-4 league win over Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME).
