The Little River Academy Bumblebees baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Groesbeck Goats to 2 in the Bumblebees non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bumblebees (27-2) will now prepare for their match against Whitney (Whitney, TX). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 17-9 record. In their last match, Whitney ran past Scurry-Rosser (Scurry, TX), 2-1, in a non-league match.
