The St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish (Akron, OH) volleyball overcame the host Bishop Watterson Eagles (Columbus, OH), 2-0 in Saturday's league outing.

With the win, St. Vincent-St. Mary upgrades its record to 14-6 on the year. The Fighting Irish travel to Roosevelt (Kent, OH) to play the Rough Riders in a non-league outing on Wednesday, May 11. The Rough Riders go into the outing with a record of 4-11. Roosevelt lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Hudson (Hudson, OH)

The Eagles now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Olentangy Berlin for a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 10. Bishop Watterson will play a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Bishop Watterson (Columbus, OH). The Bears record now stands at 13-7.
