The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Carmel Greyhounds (Carmel, IN) and the host Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos (Lafayette, IN), saw Carmel's volleyball squad beat Lafayette Jefferson by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Carmel upgrades its record to 10-17 on the year. The Greyhounds travel to Herron (Indianapolis, IN) to play the Achaeans in a IBVCA bout on Saturday, May 7. The Achaeans go into the bout with a record of 15-12. Herron won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Franklin Central (Indianapolis, IN)

The Bronchos now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they travel to Jac-Cen-Del for a IBVCA bout on Saturday, May 7. Lafayette Jefferson will play a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Silver Creek (Sellersburg, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
