Texas High School Softball - East Bernard nudges Huntington

May 7, 2022: Huntington, TX 75949

East Bernard Brahmas (East Bernard, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Huntington Red Devils (Huntington, TX), 7-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Brahmas now own a 26-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Waverly for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 14. East Bernard will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Kountze (Kountze, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 24-6.

With the loss, Huntington falls to 17-7 on the campaign.
