Helena Bengals (Helena, MT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Flathead Braves/Bravettes (Kalispell, MT), 11-2 in a league challenge.

The Bengals now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hellgate for a AA Western challenge on Tuesday, May 10. Helena will battle a Knights squad coming off a 6-2 league loss to Butte (Butte, MT). The Knights record now stands at 0-16.

With the loss, Flathead falls to 2-13 on the campaign. The Braves/bravettes travel to Polson (Polson, MT) to battle the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 10. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. Polson won 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Glacier (Kalispell, MT)
