In Saturday's league outing, the host New Prague Trojans softball team scored a close 8-6 win over the Jefferson Jaguars.

Coming up next, the Trojans battle the St. Louis Park Orioles (St. Louis Park, MN) in a Metro West outing, on Monday, May 9. New Prague will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.

The Jaguars (3-6) will now prepare for their outing against Waconia (Waconia, MN). The Wildcats enter the Wright County outing with a 1-1 record.
