Oregon High School Baseball - Grants Pass can't hold off South Eugene

In Tuesday's league game, the host South Eugene Axe baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Grants Pass Cavemen.
The Axe (8-13) will now prepare for their game against South Salem (Salem, OR). The Saxons go into the non-league game with a 20-2 record.
The Cavemen (10-9) will now prepare for their game against Sheldon (Eugene, OR). The Irish go into the 6A Southwest game with a 10-14 record. In their last game, Sheldon tipped Mountainside (Beaverton, OR), 5-4, in a non-league game.
