The Thunderbirds now own a 17-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oroville for a challenge on Thursday, May 9. Las Plumas will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 21-4 league loss to Corning (Corning, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-12.

With the loss, Gridley falls to 13-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Orland (Orland, CA) to battle the Trojans in a challenge on Thursday, May 9. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 6-4. Orland won 13-7 in their recent league challenge against Corning (Corning, CA)
