The Glenvar Highlanders soccer team scored 6 points and limited the visiting Carroll County Cavaliers to 0 in the Highlanders league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Highlanders face the Alleghany Cougars (Covington, VA) in a Three Rivers contest, on Thursday, May 9. Glenvar will attempt to better on its 14-0 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 6-8 record after their 5-0 league win over James River (Buchanan, VA).
The Cavaliers now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Radford for a Three Rivers contest on Monday, May 13. Carroll County will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 8-0 league win over James River (Buchanan, VA). The Bobcats record now stands at 11-2.
