East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Batesville Bulldogs (Batesville, IN), 14-3 in a league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Connersville for a Eastern Indiana challenge on Wednesday, May 8. East Central will battle a Spartans squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to East Central (St. Leon, IN). The Spartans record now stands at 9-8.
