The Boron Bobcats softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Frazier Mountain Falcons to 4 in the Bobcats league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Boron moves its record to 8-11 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Bishop Union (Bishop, CA) to play the Broncos in a High Desert game on Thursday, May 9. The Broncos come into the game with a record of 11-8. Bishop Union lost 7-1 in their recent league game against California City (California City, CA)

In their next game, the Falcons play the Rosamond Roadrunners (Rosamond, CA) in a High Desert game, on Wednesday, May 8. Frazier Mountain will attempt to move on its 0-14 season record. The Roadrunners come into the game with a 6-19 record after their 19-8 league loss to Kern Valley (Lake Isabella, CA).
