The Delano Tigers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Southwest Christian Stars to 0 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Delano improves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Tigers travel to Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN) to clash with the Tigers in a Wright County game on Thursday, May 9. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 4-4.
In their next game, the Stars clash with the Holy Family Catholic Fire (Victoria, MN) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 9. Southwest Christian will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Fire come into the game with a 6-5 record after their 5-3 league loss to Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN).
