The Lebanon Pioneers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Tazewell Bulldogs to 0 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Lebanon moves its record to 11-5 on the year. The Pioneers travel to Marion (Marion, VA) to play the Scarlet Hurricanes in a Southwest game on Wednesday, May 8. The Scarlet Hurricanes come into the game with a record of 5-7. Marion lost 18-0 in their recent league game against Richlands (Richlands, VA)
In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Graham G-Men (Bluefield, VA) in a Southwest game, on Thursday, May 9. Tazewell will attempt to move on its 1-11 season record.
