The Western Reserve Roughriders softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Plymouth Big Red to 8 in the Roughriders league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Western Reserve moves its record to 3-15 on the year. The Roughriders travel to Margaretta (Castalia, OH) to clash with the Polar Bears in a non-league game on Friday, May 10. The Polar Bears come into the game with a record of 16-10. Margaretta lost 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Elyria Catholic (Elyria, OH)

In their next game, the Big Red clash with the South Central Trojans (Greenwich, OH) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 9. Plymouth will attempt to move on its 2-18 season record. The Trojans come into the game with a 11-11 record after their 14-1 league loss to Mapleton (Ashland, OH).
