The Turner Ashby Knights softball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Rockbridge County Wildcats to 0 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Turner Ashby improves its record to 15-2 on the year. The Knights host Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA) to clash with the Trailblazers in a Valley game on Friday, May 10. The Trailblazers come into the game with a record of 13-4. Spotswood won 10-0 in their recent league game against Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA)

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Parry McCluer Fighting Blues (Buena Vista, VA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 8. Rockbridge County will attempt to better on its 4-12 season record.
