New York High School Baseball - Johnsburg Central edged by Lake Placid

The Johnsburg Central Jaguars baseball squad (North Creek, NY), was edged 4-3 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Lake Placid Bombers (Lake Placid, NY)

With the triumph, Lake Placid moves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Bombers host Schroon Lake (Schroon Lake, NY) to confront the Wildcats in a Section 7 Mountain Valley contest on Thursday, May 8. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 4-5. Schroon Lake lost 27-5 in their recent league contest against Chazy (Chazy, NY)

The Jaguars now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bolton Central for a non-league contest on Monday, May 12. Johnsburg Central will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 18-3 non-league win over Wells (Wells, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 6-5.
