In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Saline Hornets baseball team scored a nice 13-1 win over the Lincoln Railsplitters.

The Hornets (16-4) will now prepare for their game against Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI). The Comets go into the non-league game with a 9-4 record.

Next, the Railsplitters play the Franklin Patriots (Livonia, MI) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 9. Lincoln will attempt to improve on its 9-19 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 20-5 record after their 7-0 league win over Dearborn (Dearborn, MI).
