Ohio High School Baseball - River View defeats Ridgewood

In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting River View Black Bears baseball team scored a close 5-0 win over the Ridgewood Generals.
The Black Bears (11-9) will now prepare for their game against New Lexington (New Lexington, OH). The Panthers go into the Muskingum Valley game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, New Lexington nudged Coshocton (Coshocton, OH), 8-7, in a league game.
Next, the Generals play the Claymont Mustangs (Uhrichsville, OH) in a Inter Valley South game, on Monday, May 12. Ridgewood will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 8-14 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Tuslaw (Massillon, OH).
